Hand-forged sterling silver wire cuff bangle with two skull seals, one on each end
Handcrafted using the impression of a French wax seal from the 1830’s. Skulls, in heraldry, represent mortality, a reminder that we all come to the same end no matter the path we take to arrive there. They are meant to give the bearer a reason to live their lives to the best of their abilities each and every day, as if it is their very last.
Each seal on the ends of the cuff are: Approx 1/2" to 5/8" (13mm x 16mm) Cuff diameter is 2 3/4" across (this can be gently adjusted)
The fifth image shows the matching pendant and its accompanying meaning card, which can be purchased separately.
**You are receiving a skull cuff bracelet, the other photos are for show only and not included in this listing.
Each Plum and Posey wax seal design arrives accompanied by it's own meaning card, and tucked into an elegant jewelry bag ready for gift giving.
PLEASE NOTE: Before you order please check sizing information - it can be hard to gauge jewelry sizes from pictures alone. On some of the very small seal pieces the text is so small as to be read only with a magnifying glass making the meaning a secret between you and those you choose to tell.
