We stand by the quality of our work. If for any reason our workmanship is at fault we will repair or replace your purchase free of charge, forever.
Pieces that are subject to an accident, normal wear and tear, abuse, modification, attempted repair by someone other than Plum and Posey Inc, negligence, or misuse, are not covered. In these cases if feasible we will repair the piece for a small fee.
Chains are not repairable. We will replace damaged or broken chains for 60 days after purchase.
All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and cannot be refunded.
Plum and Posey Inc is not responsible for damages or loss incurred during return shipping.
If your piece was purchased from an offline retailer please provide details of where and when you purchased your item. For chains bought offline we require proof of purchase before replacement.
