All orders over $129 include free domestic shipping (or reduced international shipping) - added automatically during check out. All orders are sent with Tracking and Insurance.
Shipping is a flat rate per order of $10.95 for Canada and the US. $14.50 for everywhere else.
Your order, unless stated otherwise will ship within 3-5 BUSINESS days of payment having been received. If you'd like an update on when your order is likely to be ready please Contact Us.
Each piece of jewelry is made-to-order in the order they are received. If you would like special attention to bring you to the front of the line please contact us first. In many cases there is no problem but if we're having a very busy week this may not be possible.

While most orders shipping outside of Canada take approx 10-12 business days to arrive, transit times may/will vary and are out of our control.
Shipping can be upgraded during checkout. Please note that we will still need time to make your order before we can ship it, usually 3-5 days. Upgraded shipping is automatically discounted on all orders over $129.
Customs & Duties
Customs fees & tariffs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Duties levied by Customs agents are according to the import laws of your respective country and as such we are not responsible for them.
Our hope is that your piece is cherished and makes you very happy. If you find this isn't the case we are happy to issue a full refund on returns made within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Sale and Custom Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Items that have been customized for you or produced on commission are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you received our jewelry as a gift, the refund will be made to the original purchaser and they will find out about your return.
Returns of Offline Sales
All sales made offline MUST be returned to the retailer purchased from, according to their return policy.
The return must be in its original received condition together with all of its original packing.

Clearly mark it 'for return' with a value of $0 and send it via the postal service. If this is not followed and your return incurs customs and/or duties your package will not be accepted and returned to you. Once it is received we will issue you with a full refund. Please note that shipping is non-refundable and that you are responsible for shipping costs related to sending it back to us. You are also responsible for ensuring that your return makes its way safely back to us, you may want to consider sending the package tracked.

Purchases made at retail stores that carry our jewelry are subject to the return policy of the store it was purchased from, and may only be returned to that store.
