This is my first purchase from this shop. I am so impressed with the quality of the pendant. All descriptions were accurate. She does very nice work. I also received a card to remind me of the symbolism of my pendant, a black cord (even though I did not order a chain) and a coupon for a future purchase. Everything was so nicely done. She says to allow a certain amount of time for delivery. I felt it was really fast though. I live in the US, she is in Canada and it only took 7 days for my item to arrive. I have already purchased from her again. I highly recommend her shop based on her attention to detail and craftsmanship.
