In Greek mythology Owls are the bird of Athena, the favorite daughter of Zeus. Athena represents reason, strength & wisdom. Handcrafted using the impression of a French wax seal dating from the early 1800’s.

This Owl Wisdom wax seal necklace is a delight. I love how vintage they all appear, and they are just really cool. The card that comes with the necklace highlights why this particular necklace was chosen. I love how Plum and Posey ties this in with her design. It was really difficult to choose which necklace to order, they are all so fantastic!

I love this necklace so much! The stamp was a little smaller than I thought, but that was on me (I never pay attention to measurements) and it doesn't matter because I love it anyway. It's actually the perfect size and I have gotten many compliments on it. So much in fact, that I think a coworker is now looking at some pieces from the shop. Beautiful work and great packaging and I love the little card with the history of the stamp. I will be buying another stamp in the near future!
